[plug] Dead hdds wanted

This sounds plain silly, but here's what an acquaintance of mine wants..

She is a fashion designer. At times she builds dresses out of odd things. One 
of her favourites, and rarely available in quantity, is hard disk platters 
from dead drives. 

So if you have any drives you are sick of the sight of and prepared to 
donate, please contact me off list.. Intact units preferred so nice shiny 
platters are recoverable. Mutually convenient collection at PLUG or SAGE 
meetings very much preferred. 

To many is barely enough. (apolgies to HG)
