I have the same except athlon version.

What are those numbers after the symbols? Anyone? Must be a kernel thing.
Mine has the symbol  irq_stat_Rb2fd80ba .

I'm guessing that the module doesnt match your kernel. Linux isnt big on 
binary compatibility. You could take another shot at getting the correct 
binary RPM, or just get the source, untar and "make". Simple as that - I 
hope.

I got that message too, but not a problem.

Redhat GLX doesnt need 3ddiag. I cant help you with SUSE.

Not for my redhat RPM.
What does rpm report as the dependency list for your RPMs ?
