[plug] NFS mounts over DSL

Works fine, I have customers running with similar setups now with no 
issues, Performance is acceptable.

Our setup is:

solaris box - cisco 828 - carrier tail from request DSL - netapp filer


The DSL was 2Mb Symmetrical and would run at 1.8Mb/s sustained.
