:-) All clear now.
The behaviour isnt terribly surprising. Its redirecting packets from the
ppp1 device, but not from eth0. (Does the Billion run linux internally?
It sure looks like a similar unix.)
As I said, I cant see a way to change that. There doesnt seem to be
anything in the manual about redirecting ports on the ethernet side.
It makes sense that the firewall rules apply only to one interface.
NAT is asymmetric.
If you need to work around this, you could do something on the
Linux box with iptables or equivalent.
