HotDog Professional from Sausage Software is one of the applications that 
prevents me from wholly moving away from the Windows environment.

Sausage Software are beginning to work on version 7 and they are planning 
to code in such a way that it can be ported to Linux.

They have a poll at:

Please let them know on which operating system the use of HotDog is a 
priority :)
