[plug] Mozilla mail nigglies (mostly fixed)

Silly me. The "compose as HTML" setting was hiding at
the bottom of the dialog box (I hate how Mozilla
doesn't size dialog boxes very intelligently). And
yes, it was checked. :(

Now the compose window has the greater-thans. The view
message window still has the lines, but I'll put up
with it...
