The really cool thing at the moment, is that AVI's are playing fine
and dandy on my machine using SDL.
mplayer -vo sdl /home/mathew/birdie.avi

Just when i goto play a wmv8 file i get it dying on me.
I guess it must just be a problem with the codec itself. For I am
confuddled.
