[plug] system crash?

Hey all,

Wondering whether anyone could shed any light on this error:

Jan 20 17:37:02 server kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
Jan 20 17:37:02 server kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status e050
0000 at 1114
210759/1114210787 command 0001a000.

It appears in /var/log/messages lots of times from about the time the
server stopped responding until the time it was reset a short while ago.

Anyone?
