[plug] Importing .pub files

Does anyone know of any applications that run on Linux, that can import MS
Publisher files (and possibly export them as HTML or PDF files or
something), to allow files that are sent in MS Publisher format, to be
manipulated and published on a website?

The version of MS Publisher that is used, is believed to be MS
Publisher98.
