[plug] Convert web site to wordprocessor

Anyone have any clues on google keywords for this search.
I get a lot of information on word processor to HTML, but minimal going the 
other way.
html2text does a nice job of getting text out of the page but only one page 
at a time and misses the images. Fair enough for a text converter.
Ideally I would like to convert an html help site to word processor in one go.
Any help would be appreciated.
