The parity CD ?

I administer a dozen debian boxes at work, and 3 at home - its worth noting
that if you have a proxy server local to your network and you use the
ftp/http install get apt-get to use your proxy server -

export http-proxy="http://proxy:8080"
export ftp-proxy="http://proxy:8080"

The proxy server will cache the package indexes and most packages are
common (locales, libc6 etc) making updating a lot of machines will not a
lot of bandwidth a slightly more bearable experience :-)

So even if you don't think you have the internet bandwidth available to you
to keep everything up to date, you still might not need the CDs...

Gavin.
