None of my laptops pcmcia have ever worked properly warm-booting from 
windows to linux. Windows seems to leave the bridge in some state that the
linux driver just can't handle. This is laptop number 4 and all have had this
problem.

2 Mitac's, an NEC and a Gateway.

Just Cold boot it. :p)
