I for one appreciate the info you are sending to the list.

I have also played with open office enough to see two problems I would 
call userbility problems.

The first involves the date and time displayed in the bottom right 
corner, there needs to be a way of setting 24 hour clock and date in 
DD/MM/YYYY

The second is the way the program formats its ftp://user@hostname r
equests in the Open dialog. When the host machine is running proFtp this 
format will not work, it needs 
something different. I am not yet sure what it needs. Suffice to say that 
in my environment what would be a good feature fails due to lack of 
configurability.
