Just had this through another list. Refers to a Korean-based Linux
provider. Anyone heard of it before or have comments? (Uncharitable
thought: is it a hoax? The logos/layout of the boxed product looks too
much like MS to be true!)

Brief quote:
Our flagship product, Hancom Office for Linux, is a powerful office
productivity suite that is compatible with Microsoft Office and is
available in English, Korean, Japan, Chinese and Arab editions. In a major
boost for the Linux desktop market, the Korean government decided in
February 2002 to buy 120,000 copies of our Hancom Linux OS and Hancom
Office for its office workers. Sharp Electronics Corp. is bundling Hancom
Mobile Office with its high-profile Zaurus SL-5500 Personal Mobile Tool.
Hancom Linux OS is a powerful, user-friendly desktop operating system that
is fine-tuned for the Korean market (Korean Edition only).

Cheers,
Denis
