Hi all
Y'know I don't usually post links or re-post from news stories, but this 
  is an exception. I stongly reccomend that everybody read the EFA's 
summary on this issue - the  "Telecommunications Interception 
Legislation Amendment Bill 2002" looks pretty worrying.

And yeah top on /. hence repost note.
