[plug] serial devices udner devfsd

Hi all

trying to setup a modem on a machine, however there doesnt appear to be any 
'dev/ttyS*' devices, nor any '/dev/tts/*'

The machine definitely has a serial port, so how do I configure devfsd to 
include it?
