Put it this way, I've been using it with dozens of Mandrake systems for over 
a year with no problems, and I've upped three RedHat (7.1) servers I recently 
inherited to ext3, no problems with their either in the last few months. Two 
of those Mandrake servers get tortured (one lives on dodgy power which 
murders (renders catatonic) their modem about weekly and has so far killed 
two out of six monitors, the other has a careless local admin who 
accidentally depowers stuff regularly).
