[plug] silly iso question

This is such a stupid question! I'm afraid that I've never burnt a CD from 
an ISO image before. I wish to make a copy of Libranet, a .deb based dstro 
and give it to the PLUG library. I got it off of a pommy Linux mag's DVD, 
along with a few other specialised distros (like networking ones, DIY etc.).

There's a bunch of files, about half a dozen, with names like .link, a .iso 
(that obviously takes up most of the room) and a .sum file. I'm forced to 
use a win2k box here, which is using a fairly recent copy of Nero. Can 
anybody give me some instructions here (even if it is bleeding obvious)?

I'll assume that someone will want a copy.......
