Assuming that Nero is actually working (off the top of my head):
1. Select "Choose Recorder" (or similar) from the appropriate menu.
"Recorder" menu I think. Select your CD burner.
2. File->Burn Image. Select the ISO file. (Nero will burn ISO images
and it's own "NRG" format images.)
3. Set options as appropriate. I like to burn at a slow, reliable
speed, but turn simulation off.
4. Burn away.
The .sum file should list checksums .. md5sums are the most common, the
idea being that by running md5sum (standard on most Unix boxes) over the
ISO image and comparing you can verify that the ISO image is correct.
I don't know about any of the others.. probably just readme-like
materials.
