[plug] Disk access monitor

Could someone point me to a tool for determining which process/es is/are
accessing the disk ? I have something or other showing up on gkrellm
doing tiny blips of disk access and its driving me nuts trying to figure
out what it could be #-}.

Nothing I've looked at so far has been able to tell me whats accessing
the disk (lots of monitors... just none of them tell me what I'd like to
know).
