Two computers:  bravo & kudos

bravo%  xterm -sb -title bravo -display kudos:0.0 &

Could someone please tell me what "bravo%" does in this command? ... and do
I understand the rest of it correctly?:

xterm  ...  brings up a terminal emulator window
-sb     ...   with a scrollbar
-title   ...    window title is "bravo"
-display ... is actually on the computer called 'kudos' (screen 0)
&        ....  process runs in the background
