[plug] How to determine CPU Types for kernel rebuilds

Hya Phil,

Thanks for reminding me Garry, yes you must change the Makefile "HOSTCC"
from gcc to kgcc, or update the gcc package.
This was to get GNU to push along gcc development, it will work but RH
recommends kgcc.
