[plug] Netscape issue

Prolly because the file was saved with the full pathname of the file it
links to instead of the just the filename refference.
Open the file in a text editor and edit the link to look like this :
<a href="file:/misc/patlst.htm"> to <a href="patlst.htm">
Test the link

Correct me if I'm wrong.
