G'day James,

I think you're using Netscape 4.7x ?
You might like to try this:

Go to Edit -> Preferences, click the + next to Mail and newsgroups then 
select Mail servers (below Identity/User info)

For the account name put your full email address.
For outgoing mail server try smtp.westnet.com.au

See if that works and lemme know if it doesn't :)
