If someone is still building binary packages for Suse 7.3 go for those from 
your favourite FTP mirror, if not then grab the source snapshots from KDE for 
3.1 RC1 or hold off until early next week for 3.1 RC2.

Building KDE from source these days is a pretty painless affair, ./configure 
now gives you much friendlier messages when you are missing a dependency and 
if you grab RC1 or RC2 you shouldn't get any other build related problems.
