I dropped a2ps in and it works well. I'll add a couple of options of my own but otherwise thumbs up.

I'll try muttprint but bodgy tabs might be tiresome.

I see you're using claws, Cameron. How are you finding it ? This is another change we'd like to do to the CA distro but we'll have to step up to sarge for it, yes ?
