[plug] getting rxvt to do Xenix terminal emulation

hi all

With some help from Ryan I was able to get rxvt to work with SCO using 
vt220 emulation. Unfortunately, the app I really need to run is a 
monstrosity that DOESN'T USE TERMCAP. So... anybody here from the unix 
dark ages who might have some idea how to convince a terminal emulator 
to emulate the Xenix console?
