If he were to spend those hundreds of millions on educating and assisting 
people to adopt healthier lifestyles and self-sustaining farming systems, 
AIDS would not be an issue for India, and nor would starvation.

Instead BillG spends money on finding cures for AIDS (which is almost a 
symptom rather than a disease in many cases; that may sound sad but it means 
that it can be avoided) and fighting cures for Windows.
