[plug] Laptops/Debian Install too big on Screen

Hello,

	Someone at the installfest was asking about a laptop and the
	debian installer expanded beyond the screen.

	Try the nolangchooser option. This disables framebuffer (and the
	lang chooser screen, because u cant print chinese without fb)
