[plug] westnet ADSL problems with Debian

I've noticed that my DSL-500 is occasionally slightly dodgy and
disconnects etc occasionally as well (this is with WestNet BTW). But
I'm pretty sure its the D-Link as at work we've got ADSL with WestNet as
well, but with a Cisco 827 and it doesn't have a problem at all. Hence
why I got a Cisco for work and not a D-Link :).
