RedHat ship with a sendmail.mc file in /etc/mail. you _should_
use that one as your base Once you have verified that you m4 tools
and include files are working you can modify the senmail.mc file
to be more in line with your needs.
The /etc/mail/sendmail.mc file has instrcutcions on how to generate the
.cf file. Basically:
m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
