[plug] WOL problems

OK, so it isn't a linux problem but it is still a problem. The problem is 
before the OS even loads. If I try to turn one of the computers off it just 
restarts itself, and the other one boots up if you turn the first one on. 
They are connected with a crossover lan cable. I disabled wake on lan on 
the first one but the second one still booted up. They are both doing  this 
before the OS starts.
