There is a program called 'gotmail' that can download mail from hotmail
and put it into an mbox format. That mbox can be whatever you want, or
even fed to procmail... etc... When I was using hotmail I used to have
it fed into my mail spool.
The issue with using 'HTTP' to get your mail is that as far as I know,
there is no actual RFC to do it. You could figure out the Hotmail one
with tcpdumping, I imagine it's very similar to POP3 really.
