That would account for your odd non-woody package versions :)

s/testing/stable/ on the above three lines, then
	apt-get update
	apt-get install libc6/stable base-files/stable
	apt-get dist-upgrade
This should /hopefully/ downgrade most of your system to woody again,
which may or may not fix anything.
