[plug] Getting linux running ona beige g3 mac

Hey all,

Has anyone had any experience getting linux running on macs - I've got
myself an old copy of yellowdog I'd like to try.

The cd doesn't seem to boot - its scratch free and seems well.

I haven't quite got around to reading any instructions yet but I did
notice an control panel module for OS 9 on the install cd (doesn't help
as its running OS X)

Any tips?
