Not quite right, they're under "Bankruptcy Protectionb" which is quite a 
different thing to bankruptcy (especially the US concept of "Chapter 
11").

Go for it. Mandrake will be here for a while yet. They're profitable, 
and only ever struggled because of debt from an earlier misadventure.
