[plug] copying file from one server to another

Is there a way to automate a copy of a file from one server to another
using scp where the password is included?  This needs to be an no
interactive process as the copying is to take place nightly around
midnight. Has anyone used the switch -B with scp which from my
understanding does not require a password?
