I don't know too much about html editors as I usually code in html or php 
when I do and they just need text editors.

But one piece of software that I have seen that seems to do a fairly good 
job is Netobjects Fusion.

If you want to try this out for free then you can probably get a back issue 
of The Webmasters PocketBook from
http://www.pocketbooks.net.au/
There is an advanced version of this book but it does not have netobjects 
fusion. It has a free version of something called hotdog professional which 
I know nothing about.
