Of course, Handspring and Sony also do nice palmos PDAs.

But keyboard and spreadsheet? You might be better off with a sub-notebook 
running Linux. Something like a Toshiba Libretto 100ct second hand would 
be a similar price.

Find the software you want first, then choose the hardware to match.
How much RAM does the spreadsheet need? Does it need a newer 
higher-resolution model? Colour?
