It isn't a Windows function, hence no help files on it.

When you start up your computer, there is a screen that shows up first 
that will say something like "Press DEL to enter setup" or some other 
key (on one of my computers its F2).  That gets you into BIOS.  Now it 
really depends on what type/brand of motherboard you have in your 
computer as to what BIOS you'll be dealing with.

But commonly it will be in Advanced Chipset Features or something 
similar.  Basically what you're looking for is something called "Boot 
Order" or "First Boot Device".  You need to set this to your CD-ROM.

If you have your motherboard manual handy, I'd suggest seeing if that 
describes how to do it.
