Does the programme have to be Windows compatible, or just the divx? If it's
just the divx, I like mencoder, part of mplayer. Very powerful li'l app,
just don't have to shy away from command line. ;) Probably a good frontend
available though.... Anyway, nice and quick. If you need a Windows app, use
flaskmpeg (nowhere near as good).
