Yeah. *foam*. Stupid apps that don't correctly handle write failures due 
to running out of disk space. Mozilla, for example, eats it's profile 
and preferences.

If you find out, tell me. The only one I'm aware of so far is "fix 
braindead applications that don't do proper error checking - that is, 
almost all applications."
