Well the only version obviously available was 1.4 :o)

Hey, nothing wrong with the Procurve web interface. I've seen a lot
worse. The web interface on our Cisco 827 at work is basically
non-functional for anyone who knows what they are doing. i.e. you have
stuff all control over what type of modes etc you can configure in terms
of ADSL connectivity.

I'm doing it no different from what I did under Windows with Mozilla.
All I had installed on Windows in terms of Java was the JRE.

Well either way, unless it was downloading several meg of data, it
would've been quick as we're on 1.5Mbit ADSL (the Java for Linux was
13Mb and only took a couple of minutes).

Basically the whole time I was waiting, the Mozilla status bar said
"loading Applet". Like I said in my first email, Windows / Mozilla /
JRE doesn't do the same thing, it loads up within a few seconds.
