[plug] Wireless recommendations

Hi All

I'm lookin to buy a couple of wireless network cards to experiment
with while  I am in Perth (that is I want to buy them here, not play
with them here), so I am asking for recommendations of what people
are using. There seems to be qite a large range available, every shop
selling a different brand :)

PLE are selling what they call 'WNET Generic' 802.11b cards - I have
not had time to call them about details yet so don't know if they are
suitable. Their website gives no details or links. I really like the
look of the Belkin 54g pcmcia/pci cards, but they are aparently
unsupported as yet under Linux. 
D-Link seem to be a good bet.

I have searched the plug archives, and was suprised this has not come
up as a subject before, or is the search broken? It did take nearly 8
minutes to do the search.
