Postfix + Mailman

Postfix because it's the best damn mailserver out there[0]
and Mailman because it's easy to configure, doesn't require any magic to
install[1], and has more features than you can poke a stick at.

btw was I the only one who saw MLM and instantly thought "Multi Level
Marketing" therefore eeeevil? :)
