[plug] [OT] big email delays?

More spam than normal might be attributed to WestNet exempting Telstra IP
subnet's from spam filtering due to the influx of complaints WestNet
received from BigPond customers trying to send to WestNet accounts (or
WestNet customers sending to BigPond) and being rejected. Having said that,
I've only a had one or two spam coming through on my WestNet accounts since
the exemption was applied.

No slowness noticed either at work or home.
