I'll keep that in mind when I compile a new kernel, thanks for the help.

Yeah, as nice as knoppix is for running off a cd, they should never have
included that knx-hdinstall script. Well, sarge should obsolete it when it
comes out in 2005 ;)

on second thawt pehaps that would distract them too much, maybe send em an
email promising cheerleaders if they finish by july? :)
