[plug] P4 1.4

Hi Guys,
Just received a machine with a p4 1.4ghz, with a burnt out mobo.. all I need
to do is buy a new motherboard, and put it in and my new server will be good
to go. Is there anything I need to take into consideration when putting the
CPU from the old motherboard to the new one? Will the thermal paste need
redoing? Or can I simply just take off the fan, pull out the cpu - and put
both back on, with the new mobo? After all, don't wanna fry the chip ;-)
