Not AFAIK. Speak to the PLUG list (second link in footer, this message 
CC'ed to the list) and get a definitive answer and/or take the first 
steps to changing that.

I suspect that Linux IT (http://www.linuxit.com.au/ in O'Connor) would 
offer a course if enough students could be guaranteed (I would too, but 
I specialise in the Mandrake distribution).

It's also possible that SLPWA (also CC'ed) will be at least offering 
seminars in the next year or few. The issue has been raised a number of 
times, and I think a definitive positive response would be good, hence 
the extensive crossposting.
