[plug] Minimum spec's for Mandrake 9

I have run KDE 2.x (and currently Gnome 1.4) on a Pentium II 266 (on Debian)
with 190 Mb Ram and it is ok. I run too many daemons to experiment with,
but I reckon if you didn't you could squeeze into 128 Mb pretty well.
